I am Dr. Snehal Maheshkar, an educator, trainer, career counsellor, psychological counsellor, and transformational coach with over 25 years of professional experience in education, training, human resource development, and counselling. My mission is to empower individuals to discover their strengths, make informed life and career decisions, and achieve holistic personal and professional growth. I hold a Ph.D. in Training and Development, an MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing, and a Master's degree in Psychology. My professional development includes certifications in Career Counselling, Dale Carnegie Training, HR Analytics, Neuro Parenting, Emotional Intelligence, and other evidence-based learning and coaching methodologies. Throughout my career, I have worked with educational institutions, universities, corporate organizations, parents, and students across diverse age groups. Currently, I work as an independent career counsellor, trainer, and psychological counsellor, offering career guidance, counselling, parenting support, life skills training, and professional development programmes. My counselling approach integrates psychometric assessments with structured interviews, active listening, evidence-based counselling techniques, and solution-focused interventions to help clients gain clarity, confidence, and direction. I am committed to ethical, client-centred, and culturally sensitive counselling practices that respect individual values, confidentiality, and informed decision-making. I have guided students in selecting suitable academic pathways, career options, and higher education opportunities based on their interests, abilities, personality, and aspirations. I also support parents in strengthening communication and fostering emotional well-being, while helping professionals enhance leadership capabilities, emotional intelligence, workplace effectiveness, and career growth.
