I am an educator, engineer, and career development professional with a strong interdisciplinary background in engineering, mathematics education, and student development. My academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, M.Tech. in Power Electronics & Drives, Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Automation, and B.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. I am also a Certified Career Analyst CCA, enabling me to integrate scientific career assessment methodologies with academic mentoring and future focused educational guidance. My professional journey began in the engineering industry, where I worked on major industrial projects within the oil and gas sector. This experience provided me with valuable exposure to engineering practices, project execution, analytical problem-solving, and the practical application of mathematics and engineering principles in real-world environments. It also strengthened my understanding of the technical competencies and employability skills required by today's global workforce. Driven by a passion for education and lifelong learning, I transitioned into academia as an Assistant Professor at an engineering college. In this role, I taught undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students, fostering conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. My experience in higher education enhanced my ability to communicate complex concepts effectively while mentoring students with diverse learning needs and academic aspirations. Over the years, I have established myself as a dedicated Mathematics educator and Global Mathematics Mentor, accumulating more than 10,000 hours of teaching and student mentoring.
