Throughout my HR career, I have worked closely with employees, fresh graduates, and young professionals, helping them identify their strengths, build confidence, and navigate important career decisions. I combine comprehensive psychometric assessments with one-to-one discussions to understand an individual's interests, learning style, motivations, aptitude and natural strengths. This enables me to recommend career pathways that are practical and aligned with both individual potential and industry realities.
