I am a career counsellor and the co-founder of What The Grad, a career guidance and admissions advisory practice based in Pune, India. I work with students aged 14 to 25 across the most critical transitions of their academic journey: stream selection after Class 10, undergraduate course and university selection after Class 12, and postgraduate planning in India and overseas, including medical MBBS admissions. I hold an MSc in Global Management from NEOMA Business School, France, and a Bachelor's degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies NMIMS, India. Having navigated international admissions and student life abroad myself, I bring first hand understanding of the journey my students are preparing for, from application strategy to adapting to a new education system and culture. Professionally, I work as a Consultant in Transformation Consulting at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, where I advise on high-stakes government and investment engagements, including supporting the facilitation of large-scale investment proposals and international forums such as the India–France Innovation Forum. This work has built my strengths in structured problem solving, multi-stakeholder communication, and guiding people through complex, high-pressure decisions, skills that directly shape my counselling practice. At What The Grad, I combine scientifically validated psychometric career assessments with structured one on one counselling sessions, helping students and their families make informed, evidence based decisions rather than choices driven by pressure or guesswork. My practice spans career discovery, university shortlisting across India and international destinations, and end to end application support including SOPs, CVs, and scholarship guidance. I am multilingual, working comfortably in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and am committed to ethical, student first counselling that raises the standard of career guidance available to Indian students.
