Mr. Adjei Kwarteng-Amaning is a Career Development Strategist & Coach, Education Leader & Consultant and the Founder & Managing Director of Quartmani Educare Partners – a training, career development, and school support company registered in Ghana. He is a strategic and impact-driven leader with 15+ years of experience in education, operations, and organizational development, with track record in managing multi-site institutions, leading large-scale training programs of cumulatively over 10,000 educators, and driving organizational growth through innovative marketing, and digital strategies. Mr. Kwarteng-Amaning holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Work, Executive Certificate in Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Education, Certification in Educational Administration, MBA, MSc in Educational Leadership & Governance, and Certification in Career Counselling. In the field of education, Mr. Kwarteng has worked as a teacher, head of five (5) schools, a regional executive and trainer for a private school council, operations Manager, and an educational consultant. With over a decade of experience, he has a practical understanding of how students learn, how schools operate, and what young people need to transition successfully from education into meaningful careers.
