About the Professional

As I am involved int he post of principal my rights and duties are to look after academic atmosphere, student counseling and parents relation. I regularly conduct staff meeting twice a month to get report from the teachers on academic performance of the students. I instruct the teachers how to deal with the students for the betterment of their alround development development. I regularly conduct parents meeting and tell them how to modify their behavior to the positive way. As, the role of counselor I suggest different people who come to me to find out the solution of their problems, I help them. As, a therapist I have conducted many sessions individual and in groups for the treatment of social, emotional and psychological problems. I have involved in conflict management between person to person and group. I have a good knowledge on relationship therapy, family therapy, music therapy, play therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have a special training on educational counselling and psycho therapy from Asia Columbia Hospital, Gurugram, Hariyana, India.
