There are 3 stages for counseling. Pre counseling, counseling,Post-counseling.In pre counseling, understanding the basic nature of students by conducting a simple test consisting of 16 questions. Next conducting a psychometric assessment for identifying their personalities,i nterests, skills and abilities. Then after conducting a psychometric assessment providing them with report cards. Assess each individual based on these report card scores. If the psychometric score, skill and ability score are average or below average, there is a chance to develop. So, suggesting to them where they have to improve those learning styles to achieve the career they prefer by knowing their passion.There are four report cards providing to them. One is a suitability report, the second one is a comprehensive Career report, third one is a Comprehensive career report with an execution plan. The fourth one is the milestone report which enables them to make a final decision on their right career choice. Among 154+ career paths provided, they can choose the best fit for them. I give them personalized guidance to choose the best.
