About the Professional

The last 25 years of my professional journey have been an exciting amalgamation of various domains and roles across multiple locations. It began with my love for academics, which led me down a path of research and academic administration in the field of Biotechnology. As I progressed, I found myself wearing many hats - mentor, counsellor, researcher, guide, activity coordinator, and more. But it wasn't until I joined Amity University (Uttar Pradesh) that I truly began to explore my potential outside of pure academics. As Coordinator for Higher Education, I worked with students to help them progress in their careers, realising the importance of career guidance for optimal results. That’s when I found Mentoria and my calling as a Career and Life Coach, helping college graduates and working professionals transform their lives. Since then, I have conducted more than 400 hours of counselling and have recently been selected among the top 17 of more than 700 Mentoria Counsellors as an A star counsellor and being a part of the journey in Transforming lives.
