With over 15 years of dynamic teaching experience, I've evolved into an enthusiastic and authentic communicator. My passion for exploration led me to a profound realization during my teaching journey that students are navigating the maze of career choices without a clear understanding of their true potential. Guided by an unwavering commitment to forging meaningful connections and shaping the future of students, I took a transformative step from middle school teaching to becoming a certified career counselor. Amidst a global pandemic, I earned my career counseling certification and established my own counseling firm. Employing a diverse array of tools and techniques, such as assessments, psychometric tests and mentorship, I empower students to explore their interests, leverage their strengths, and chart their career paths with precision. In the past few years, I've conducted 500+ counseling sessions, conducted impactful seminars, and facilitated workshops. Today my expertise also centers around study abroad consulting, empowering women returning to work, and assisting career professionals in achieving their goals. My mission is to enable students from diverse financial background to achieve their career aspirations and realize their potential, thereby contributing optimally to the society. I am a staunch advocate of diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and innovation, firmly believing that every student deserves a high-quality education and a fulfilling career.
