One of our proudest accomplishments was the introduction of accredited member empanelling, where we carefully selected and recognized outstanding career counsellors, career coaches, career development experts, training institutes, NGO's, and NPO's who exemplified a commitment to professional quality and ethics. By implementing stringent criteria, we ensured that our empanelled experts consistently delivered exceptional services.
To maintain the highest level of competence and ethics, we also established an online assessment process and counsellors' oath as mandatory requirements for becoming an accredited associate. This stringent process not only ensured that our members possessed the necessary skills and knowledge but also pledged to uphold the ethical standards we hold dear.

ICC Club has started accredited member empanelling of Career counsellors, career coaches, career development experts, training institutes, NGO's and NPO's who are working with professional quality, standards and ethics in career development, employment and higher education supports.

We have implemented the online assessment process and counsellors' oath process as mandate for empanelment of professional counsellors as accredited associate to ensure that quality of our empanelled expert members are matching to the ethical standards and skill requirements.
